Hi Aditya, This is interesting that TV Anchors don't become anchor's right from the first day they enter media or journalism. There is a long learning and practice period. I shall say that one becomes an anchor by Excellent Speaking Skills and Skill to manage in front of the Camera. Linguistic Skill
