it will cost around 3 lacs including training costs

It varies from college to college
If you got admission in government college then that will cost you under 50000 for whole course
Otherwise it will be 1-2 lakh in private college depending upon college

Fee structure can vary from Institute to Institute but average fees should be between 1 to 2 lacs for whole course.
