What is the format for a reference letter from an employer? Can I get it from Department Head on organization\\\'s letter head ?
I would like to know how a reference letter for UK study should look like. Im planning to get one from my employer. Is there any specific format or can i get it on my organizations letter head from my dept. head

A reference letter for a Uk University is a kind of proof which the university asks about your interest, knowledge in the subject area and what the referee thinks abut how this course would be useful for your career. they asked u for a reference letter because they want to know about u from ur referries.
Either u can get it from ur college or from ur employer.
It must contain ur qualities,strengths..........
and it must be on the letter head of the concerned college or ur company.for a copy

REfrence letter is academic refence form your college int eh college letter head only to be give. The faculty can write anything about your studies capability and so on
