    The INI CET exam is a computer based test. The exam is designed to assess the knowledge and understanding of a candidate for its entry into postgraduate medical courses at AIIMS and other institutes. The INI CET is conducted online. It consists of 200 Multiple Choice Questions with 3 hours duration.

     

  • INI CET exam format is 200 multiple choice questions and total allotted time is 3 hours. The exam is held in computer-based mode once a year. The meium of INI CEt exam is English only. AIIMS releases INI CET pattern along with the official information brochure. The exam pattern comprises details such as mode and medium, total number of questions, allotted time, marking scheme etc. According to the existing marking scheme, candidates will get +1 mark for right answer and -1/3 for each wrong response. Due to negative marking, candidates are advised to attempt only questions where they feel confident of correct response.
