    The full form for BTech is Bachelor of Technology. It is a 4 year undergraduate programme provided in various universities and engineering colleges. Premium institutes for pursuing BTech in India is an Indian Institute of Technology, popularly known as IIT. Placement figures for IITs are very high. Some get packages in crores.
