    Full form of IAS is Indian Administrative Service.It is the most demanded government job in India & the toughest as well to crack.To get in to IAS, one has to appear in Civil Services Examination (CSE) conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).Top notch in the merit list, i.e., top rankers get in to this service based on their category.
