there is no such funda other than hard work and devoted study.

In my opinion you need a great hand over General knowledge, International, National and Regional news. you need to be quite good at Mathematics even though they say elementary maths is enough... U should have good verbal skills ....i mean in English....... Read the book Constitution of India by DD
