What is the future career of owning private pilot license or we should go for commercial pilot license?

Private pilot license holders have actually no scope in the aviation market. You may get a chance to become a ground instructor but only till the time they do not get any other full-time instructor.
Only CPL can get you a full-time pilot's job.
