    India has the highest number of newspapers/news channels operating simultaneously. Obviously, good journalists are always in demand.
    Be a Journalist: You can start as a reporter/sub-editor in any news organisation (print/broadcast). Apart from newspapers, you can also consider news magazines. One other avenue is the online journalism, which has picked up in the last two years. News portals like Scroll.in and Quartz - India are experiencing decent traction among readers.
    Join as a copywriter: If you have good writing skills, you can join any advertising agency as a copywriter. If you do not get a job as a copywriter, you can start on you

    Each and every field makes your career bright if you word hard and smart. News Industry, News Paper, Magazine will never die so do journalist. This career will always remain in demand but you need make a good network. There are many colleges in India for mass communication and journalism like MICA, NIMCJ, Symbiosis, Bennett, Amity etc.
