    Mechatronics is a field of engineering that includes study with a combination of various engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, control and computer engineering. The aim of mechatronics is a design process that unifies all the above disciplines of engineering.     Hi Pulkit, Application of mechatronics results in synchronizing a mechanical structure with its control, using electronic systems. An industrial robot is a good example of a mechatronics. So, it has a very vast and super scope nowadays.
    * Pay scale- Applicants initial salary starts from Rs. 5-6 Lacs per annum.
    * Job profiles available for Mechatronics engineering:-
    Robotics Technicians
    Trainers
    Supervisors
    Senior Robotics Specialist
    Robotics Test Engineers
    Junior Research Fellow
    Top recruiters are Tata Motors, Honda, TCS, and WIPRO. Starting salary could be around Rs. 30,000.
