Thanks for asking.
If you want to, you can go in for a MBA directly after the completion of the graduation. For this, you will need to first appear for all the entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, SNAP etc so that you can get admission in a reputed college.

If you want to work in your core field, it is better you get some experience from Manufacturing companies in Production/Maintenance/Design etc. You can consider Management Trainee positions in PSUs, large Manufacturing concerns or even medium sized industries and get the experience. Later, adding MB

Hi Sampath, MBA programme is with the maximum possibilities is going to be first choice of every candidate in the world in coming future. All MBA specializations are best if you do it from the right university. If you want to do an MBA do it from the best B-Schools of India like Iims, FMS, LPU. LPU

Scope is very bright if one can get admission in good MBA college and do the program.
Many companies prefer to hire engineers with experience.
Dual program of B.Tech+MBA is not considered a good option.

Like all traditional engineering +MBA, you will be able to join the bandwagon of administrative or management posts on higher side if done from reputed institutes like IIM, BITS, XLRI etc.
