The Gandhi Fellowship is a two-year leadership training programme for students. According to the official website, the stipend offered during the training and work programme is as follows:
1. A fixed monthly taxable stipend of Rs. 14,000
2. A monthly phone allowance of Rs 600 per month
Their monthly stipend is divided into two parts. The half amount is paid every month, and the other half goes into a reserve fund, which is paid as a cumulative amount of Rs 1,61,000 at the end of the 23-month fellowship. -
In the very start on joining, you'll get a stipend of INR 50,000. Per month during 1 year of the programme. On completing Year 1 requirements the candidate will receive a stipend of 60,000 per month during Year 2 of the programme.
