    The GATE Cutoff 2024 for Civil Engineering will be released on the official website along with the announcement of the result. IIT Kanpur released the GATE cutoff for Civil Engineering 2023 along with the declaration of the GATE 2023 result. Those candidates who scored marks more than or equal to the cutoff of GATE 2023 Civil Engineering become eligible to take M.Tech admissions in Civil Engineering offered by all the institutions. The GATE cutoff marks for Civil Engineering will be considered for admission to NITs, IITs, IIITs, and other CFTIs. Check below for the year-wise GATE cutoff for Civil Engineering.

    It depends upon the college. For top IITs, the cut-off is approximately 70 marks or above. For NITs, 65-70 and for general and state government colleges, it is 45-55.

    For M.Tech in NIT, you have atleast 40 marks in GATE and for IIT you should have 60+ marks in GATE exam.
