There's usually a 1:1 ratio observed in core PGDM. However, there's no such ratio criteria specific for HR PGDM in welingkar.

Hi Priyash, There is no gender ratio people who wish to make a career in HR opt for that particular specialization. Historically there are more girls in HR. All the best
