You should get at least 50 to 60% marks in the PCM subjects for getting admission to integrated BTech-MTech Microelectronics courses. For an ECE, degree, you should have completed your graduation in ECE, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with at least 55 to 60% mark
