    According to the QS World University Rankings 2025, University of Cambridge is ranked #5 in Best Global Universities, making it the fifth-best university in the world. It has seen an increase in its global rankings over the last five years, accounting for a move from rank #7 in 2020 to the fifth spot in 2025.

    In the Times Higher Education - World University Rankings 2025, Cambridge holds a commanding #5 position.

    As per the US News & World Report Rankings, the university is ranked #8 in Best Global Universities, #2 in Best Global Universities in Europe, and #2 in Best Global Universities in the United Kingdom.
