Hi, Although, In India, New Delhi is the hub for most of existing media houses. But it does not mean that Working in Delhi only have good opportunities.Believe me, it has global scope for job opportunities. Few things you should keep on your mind prior to proceed for Journalism degree; Do they have a experienced faculty (Faculty must have expertise in theory and practical both). Do they have Adequate/appropriate equipment to make you expert in handling them. Do they have Audio/Video studio to teach them practically. Are they running any Media house. Do they provide the platform to you for doing practices. Do they have such atmosphere where you can have an experience to perform practically. Do they have Industrial Tie Ups. Do they provide Teachings from external experts. Now LPU is coming on my mind because they do provide all above mentioned Salient features. LPU is producing smart and Intelligent journalists. Not only journalists you can find LPU journalism students at various sectors of Media and Entertainment. For eg: I know one LPU Student who got placed as a Celebrity Manager in T-series. LPU provides teaching by Doctorate faculty along with the handful practical study by experienced professionals. LPU has Adequate/appropriate equipment which they use on regular basis for making their children well trained even practically. LPU have separate Professional Audio and Large size Video Studio. Where as Multimedia and Animation adds on the spark to the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. They also of its own proactive media department. In LPU its quite a common scenario of celebrities visiting and interacting with students as well as large no. Events from local to gloabl level are happening on regular basis. So imagine the level of exposure one will be getting at such an international level university. LPU is an outstanding place to pursue your studies. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. I will highly recommended that if you really want to make your career with good level of education then you should go for LPU. When I was seeking college for admission for my graduation, I was quite confused. But after a long comparison with all relevant facts and figures I joined LPU and now I am an alumni of LPU and Decision for LPU was best decision of my life. LPU gave me extra edge in everything. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialized and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities.
