what is the good education in drawing and designing for deaf children those who can better understand to make his career in future?

this question is belongs to my son who is hearing handicapped having loss of 100% and I want to know how he can develop his career in art and designing sector.because he can copy write every thing but cant listen the language his sketch and coloring is very good.
