What is the good time for studying MBA? Currently, I am pursuing B.Tech in the field of Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

Ideally, you should gain some work experience. You can also opt for an MBA right after your graduation but it won't be recommended as MBA, as a course, is designed for students who have some amount of work experience. If you're planning to apply now, give yourself enough time to prepare for the necessary exams (eg. CAT in India, GMAT for universities abroad).
