The overall highest package offered during IIIT Hyderabad placements 2023 stood at INR 102 LPA. The highest package was grabbed by the student of MS BY Research CSD course. Further, the highest package offered during IIIT Hyderabad BTech CSE and ECE placements 2023 stood at INR 69 LPA and INR 45 LPA
