However, the highest package offered for the PGDM Banking and Finance programme was INR 22.3 LPA. During TAPMI placements 2023, the average package offered was INR 15.7 LPA. TAPMI has a 100% placement rate, and the selection process begins with a group discussion, extempore, and personal interview, followed by a shortlisting of applicants depending on their entrance exam scores.</p>
