The University has not released the course-wise the highest package. However, the specialisation-wise the highest package has been disclosed, which is as follows:

Aeronautical/ Aerospace	INR 36 LPA
Civil Engineering	INR 36 LPA
Electrical/ Electronics	INR 12.50 LPA
