What is the highest placement record in the world for B.Tech?
I want to pursue some pure Science from MIT, Oxford or Cambridge.

It is difficult to pinpoint this as you are not specific about a course. Since you have mentioned some university names, you may visit their website and check the department specific career report. Remember there is no on-campus placement in foreign universities unlike in Indian campuses. For a country specific information, Luxembourg has the highest average salary for engineers followed by Denmark, Switzerland, USA and Germany.
