From what I've seen, at Lovely Professional University, the highest packages for MBA (IT) can go up to around ₹10–18 LPA, but these are rare and usually offered to top-performing students with strong skills, internships, and interview performance. Most students get more realistic offers in the ₹4–6 LPA range, depending on their profile. Dear Prashant, I did MBA at LPU and can answer better this question. The highest package for an MBA programme at LPU is 21 LPA. On average, the MBA students of LPU are offered and placed in the starting package of 4.5 TO 6 LPA(Fixed salary). Every year around 100-150 companies visit LPU to recruit MBAs. Among the companies are some big names like Amazon, Flipkart, Moody Analytics, ICICI, HDFC, AXIS, FEDERAL BANK, WNS GLOBAL, ITC, 99 Acres, COLGATE, ASIAN PAINTS, BERGER, NERO LAC, CAVIN CARE, etc, from all domains visit LPU to recruit the students and these are good companies. The best thing I like about LPU about placement is, they provide placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement.
