    It is approximately 56,000 for 4 seater and 62,000 for 3 seater boy's hostel (per annum). This will be including mess charges.

    It is around 60,000-62,000 for 2 seaters, 56,000 for 3 seaters and lesser for a dorm room. These charges include the mess fee.
