What is the hostel fee for this college?

There are no hostel facilities available as of now in college, however, there are ample PG and rent facilities available in and around college and the rent will be around 3500 INR to 7000 INR depending on the facilities available.

There is no official hostel facility offered by SIES, you can avail hostel facilities in near by hostels and you can also rent a house and stay with some room mates. The living in Nerul is reasonable and you don't have to worry about the cost of staying.
