    At Unique Institute of Management (UIM, Pune) the hostel fees of the students depend on the facilities provided in the hostels. The hostel has 200 twin-sharing rooms. The hostel provides air-conditioned rooms also. It has a dining room, a common room equipped with facilities for indoor games and a gymnasium. A committed and dedicated resident warden looks after the affairs of the hostel. The hostel also provides locker facilities to the residents. The annual hostel fee for a double sharing room is INR 1.60 lakh, and for a triple sharing room it's INR 1.40 Lacs.

The institute has a boys' hostel and a girls' hostel with the total strength of nearly 500 students. The hostel charges differ based on the type of accomodation and amenities and vary between 80000-120000 per annum. Other charges provided are mess charges, laundry charges, Wi-Fi charges and 24 hour security charges.
