What is the hostel withdrawal refund guidelines at Amity University Kolkata?

<p>To withdraw the application from the hostel, candidates must submit their request through Amizone. Hostel fee once paid will not be refunded in case of withdrawal at any point in time. Further, the security deposits will be refunded after adjustment or clearance of any dues, such as the following:</p><ul><li>Alumni Life Member Fee @1000/- (Compulsory)</li><li>IT Damage Charges</li><li>Admin Damage Charges</li><li>Central Library Charges</li><li>Academics (Lab, Department Library/book bank, CRC, etc.)</li><li>Examination Dues</li><li>ID Card Charges Rs. 500/- (If not returned)</li><li>Any other dues (Gate pass Charges/Duplicate ID Card etc.)</li></ul>
