    The Ministry of Home Affairs conducts IB ACIO exam for recruitment to the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Executive/Grade II at the Intelligence Bureau (IB). IB ACIO salary for Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) Executive/Grade II is INR 44,900-INR 48,000. The grade pay is INR 4200. Besides, candidates will also receive allowances, perks and benefits of the central government. IB ACIO salary depend on the place of posting of candidates. 

    Pay Scale - 9,300-34,800

    Grade Pay - 4200

    Basic Pay - 13500

    CPC Fitment Factor - 35370

    HRA - X city= 24%, Y city = 16%, Z City = 8%

    The In-hand salary of IB ACIO range between INR 44,000 to 48,000 depending on the place of posting. This amount may vary depending upon the location of the posting and service. IB ACIO salary is revised after the 7th pay commission. The in-hand salary is attractive, therefore, aspirants apply for such govt. job.

IB ACIO 2025 application form was released on July 19, 2025. The application form was released online and candidates need to fill the same within the prescribed deadline. Only online applications are accepted for the exam. Candidates need to pay the processing fee of INR 450. Male candidates of UR, EWS and OBC categories need to pay INR 100 in addition to Recruitment Processing Charges for IB ACIO exam.
