The IBPS PO salary includes a basic pay that increases with experience, along with various allowances like DA, HRA, and special allowances. The gross salary is around 57,000, but deductions for taxes and NPS bring the net salary (in-hand) to 52,000-55,000 for a new PO in a major city (approximate figures). IBPS POs also enjoy benefits like medical insurance and pension plans.
