What is the ideal profile for TISS admission in HR course?

I would recommend that every college prefer a new student In college who got some prior job experience in the same domain as he want to pursue. So, I would suggest you that after your graduation you can work as an HR for approximately 2 years which will increase your chances to get in TISS and even a better package after MBA.

a year agoThe broad objectives of this M.A. Programme are to sensitise students to the social, political, economic, and ecological environments of the society; to enable students to become effective business leaders and decision-makers. A high score in TISS with good academic and some work experience is what make the idea profile for TISS.
