What is the Ideal strategy to prepare for UPSC IAS Exam?

I can devote 2 hours per day. I have around 2 years for preparation.

You should focus on most of the subjects where questions are being asked and for timing, you have to give at least 8 to 10 hours honestly. 2 hours is not sufficient. A common student should study for at least 8 hours.
