Hello! An engineering student can start his/her MBA exams preparations either in the final year (only if both college studies and exam preparation can be managed simultaneously) or by taking a drop of a year. If one does not want to opt for a drop, he/she can take up a job and prepare for those exams, if possible. Generally, depending upon one's aptitude and clarity about the basics of various topics, 2-8 months of diligent preparation is sufficient to crack an MBA exam.
