What is the ideal way to switch fields from engineering to finance and banking?

I am a 3rd year B.Tech student. I scored 84 and 94 in 10th and 12th, respectively. My CGPA unto the 5th semester is 8.3. I am looking to have a career in banking and finance after my graduation.

    Hi Ankit,
    There are various ways by which you can switch from engineering to finance :
    1. Join MBA with Finance as Specialization. MBA will give you a broad perspective of what Finance field is all about.
    2. You can enroll yourself for CFA Level 1. In this you will study 10 different areas of finance and you will get basic knowledge of various areas of finance
    3. Enroll for NCFM certifications
    4. Enroll for Banking exams like Bank PO etc
