HI Santha,
IELTS score is mandatory in order to get admission in any program at University of Bedfordshire as you have not mentioned in which course you are interested so can't help you with the exact details however for UG programs 5.5 to 6.0 bands is required and for PG programs 6.0 to 7.5 bands
