Students looking to get into BTech at IIIT Guwahati need to fulfil the basic eligibility. The basic eligibility of the course is to pass Class 12 with PCM subjects and a minimum aggregate of 75%. Final selection is done based on JEE Mains score. Once the results are out, students can register for JoSAA counselling and select IIIT Guwahati as the preferred college while filling out the form.

The fee structure of IIIT Guwahati is segregated in three parts including per semester tuition fee, institute caution money and hostel fee. Hostel fee will be incurred only if you plan to stay in the hotel. Otherwise, you only need to pay tuition fee and institute caution money (one-time refundable fee). Do remember that you pay caution money only once throughout your course. From second semester, you will pay only tuition and hostel fee if you are living in hostel.
