The normalisation process considers the variation in the difficulty level of different shifts and ensures that candidates are not at a disadvantage due to this variation. The cut-off marks for the main round is usually around 130-140 marks out of a total of 200 marks.

    The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Assistant exam is a highly competitive examination, and the RBI Assistant cut off marks vary each year depending on factors such as the number of applicants, the difficult of the exam, and the number of vacancies. However, generally, the cut-off marks for the preliminary round is usually around 70-80 marks out of a total of 100 marks. The cut-off marks for the main round is usually around 130-140 marks out of a total of 200 marks. RBI Assistant cut off marks are calculated out of normalisation. Normalisation of cut off marks is done to adjust the difficult level of question papers across various sessions
