What is the impact of UGC Regulation 2009 on me?

Registered for PhD in Meerut University on 30/4/09 and Research Degree Committee has approved my topic on 12/8/09. Pl tell the impact on UGC Regulation 2009 on me. I have sumbitted the thesis on 30/12/11.

Hi , UGC Regulation 2009 had several notifications with reference to several categories with several regulations.If you are referring to the announcement pertaining to NET/SLET exemption then since you registered your PhD in April2009,it seems that you will not have to sit for NET/SLET exam unles
