Candidates who will succeed in the JEE Main Exam will be entitled to admission and counselling for HSTES . The conducting authority will prepare the HSTES cutoff based on the marks obtained in JEE Main. The HSTES B.Tech. cutoff formulates the merit list. It consists of the rank of the candidates. The HSTES cutoff ranks will be different at participating colleges. Also, several branches will have different cutoff ranks. Some of the criteria that are taken into account while preparing the merit list for HSTES B.Tech. are reservation criteria, performance in JEE Main, availability of seats, etc.

Kurukshetra University HSTES Cutoff 2025 was concluded with the release of cutoff for admission to the BTech courses. The cutoff was released for all rounds and categories under the AI and HS quota. Haryana State Technical Education Society conducts HSTES counselling. It is held for admission to BE/BTech, BTech (LE), BArch, BPharm/BPharm (LE), and Diploma courses.
To be eligible for HSTES counselling, candidates should get at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in class 12.
