Hi,
Internships always help in getting a firsthand exposure of the industry, even if you doing internship from an NGO. This will help in getting job placement and add weight to your profile.

Internship in any company - NGO or a manufacturing firm will give you exposure to industry. You will be given some projects to complete based on your internship experience.
