What is the importance of work experience before doing MBA in finance?

There are two advantages
1. It will improve your profile and hence your chances of getting in good colleges.
2. It will actually help you in you MBA education when you join college. You will be better equipped and comfortable with the MBA finance curriculum.

Praveen, work experience will improve your career prospects. But if you are already working I feel Executive MBA would be good for you.
