    PGCIL, NTPC & ONGC has salary structure of about Rs. 60,000-1,80,000.

    The salary of a Maharatna PSU such as Powergrid Corporation of India Limited, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. , Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. , Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, National Thermal Power Corporation Limited, etc. Salary for a fresh Engineer:
    Basic Salary: INR 60,000 per month
    DA (Dearness allowance): INR 11,000 (18.4 percent of basic at present, and it depends on consumer price index inflation)
    Perks: INR 21,000 per month (35 percent of basic)
    House Rent Allowance (HRA): INR14,000 per month (depending on the City, City Y, City Z)
    Fuel Allowance: INR 7,000 per month (depends on the market

    If you pass PSU exam through GATE, then you will receive money at staring level that is between 5 Lacs to 14 Lacs but after 10 years of experience, your salary will vary between 20 Lacs to 50 Lacs depending on your post.

    The Entry-level salary in the PSU Through GATE is ranging between 5 Lacs to 14 Lacs it varies with the respective PSU's guidelines and can go up to a range between Rs. 7,00,000 to Rs. 18,00,000.
