    An IBPS clerk's base salary is INR 20,900, plus an additional INR 1230 per year for the following three years. An IBPS clerk's base pay is INR 24,590, with an annual raise of INR 1490 for the following four years. For the next seven years, there will be an annual increase of INR 1730 to the base wage of INR 30,550. Candidates who are chosen by IBPS to fill Clerical Cadre positions in different public sector banks receive a competitive IBPS Clerk salary in addition to a number of other advantages, incentives, and bonuses.
