For its MBBS program, Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC) accepts 240 applicants each year, of which 85% are allocated to the Delhi Quota and the remaining 15% to the All-India Quota. The number of MD/MS seats available for postgraduate programs varies every year and spans approximately 70 different specializations. The DM/MCh super-specialty programs have a very limited intake, usually 5–10 seats per program, depending on faculty availability and available resources. The MDS programme admits 62 students.

Lady Hardinge Medical College, University of Delhi offers admission to 25 courses in nine departments. LHMC Delhi has a total of 240 medical students for the MBBS course. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 level examination in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology for MBBS admission. The applicant must be female and a citizen of India and must be at least 17 years of age as of 31st December of the relevant academic year. Candidates for MD and MS courses have to appear for NEET PG and NEET MDS exams.
