For its MBBS program, Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC) accepts 240 applicants each year, of which 85% are allocated to the Delhi Quota and the remaining 15% to the All-India Quota. The number of MD/MS seats available for postgraduate programs varies every year and spans approximately 70 different specializations. The DM/MCh super-specialty programs have a very limited intake, usually 5–10 seats per program, depending on faculty availability and available resources. The MDS programme admits 62 students.
