What is the internship starting salary of an architect in UAE (Dubai), if we complete B.Arch from Dubai?

It depends on the design and skills of the architect and the presentation, persuasion power of that individual. Normally the salary starts from 65-75 thousand Dirham per month.

For that, ask your seniors if they have some good contact in which they are doing their job, because in some the corporate world contacts are more important then resume.

In Dubai, you have a lot of scope in architecture. And the starting salary of an architect is approximately $60k-$75K.
