Admissions to BTech programme at MIT-WPU are done on the basis of score in MHT-CET and/or score in JEE Main through MIT-WPU Counselling1. The cutoff for MIT-WPU varies every year and depends on various factors such as the number of applicants, difficulty level of the exam, etc. The cutoff for 2022 has been released. Im sorry but I couldnt find any specific information about how many marks are required in JEE Main to get admission in MIT-WPU. However, you can contact MIT-WPU directly for more information.
