Dear Samadhan,
In Journalism there are two major fields.
1. Electronic Media: Television Journalism, Radio Journalism and Web Journalism.
In Electronic Media you can become: Anchor, Reporter, Voice Over Artist, Script Writer, Producer, Camera Person, Director, Editor etc.
2. Print Media: News Paper
