What is the job profile of a food critic?

Hi Garvit, Food critics attempt to capture the dining experience and relate that experience to readers, viewers or listeners. Their commentary includes descriptions of the food, including whether the food was cooked thoroughly and attractively presented, and, of course, whether it tastes good. The educational qualification requirement is: Bachelors Degree in English, communication, journalism, Hotel mangement or a related liberal arts field. Some Key skills required would be Strong written communication; creativity; critical thinking; knowledge of word processing, online publishing and social media software. Hope this information helps.
