There is nothing such as fresher or work ex. It differs from companies to companies. Nowadays, companies want to hire freshers. Kind of profiles offered are the same which one gets after doing MBA.

The job profile offered depends o your specialization which you want to take up. Also, the average salary is for both, be it work ex or a fresher as this time itself, one of our student who is a fresher has bagged a placement with Vodafone for 15 lacs. So, there is no differentiation as such.
