Dear Nitin, The last date of admission in BSc Agriculture is 15th July, but I recommend take admission asap because it is very rare to get admission in LPU for BSc Agriculture. LPU is the first private university that got approval by ICAR. (i). If a faculty wants a leave, either the makeup lectures are planned, or adjustments are provided for that particular slot. In this stream, as most of the work is fieldwork, every student is allocated a separate piece of land to perform their tasks under the supervision of the staff. If I talk about placements, University provides separate placement-oriented classes, and students also studied subjects like analytical skills, soft skills, etcetera as part of the curriculum to prepare the students. The last date to apply for LPUNEST is 25th May. The scope is generally into agricultural field in manufacturing and researching on fields, crops , quality and manufacturing products related to that. Placements are generally nice with around 4 lakh per annum average.

Students also go for on-job training (OJT) where they are paid stipend too. 4. LPU holds stellar record in placements as big brands like VLCC Healthcare Ltd., Ankur Seeds, HDFC, Dhanuka Agritech Ltd., Ebro India Pvt.Ltd., etc have visited for campus recruitment at packages upto 4.5 LPA. No other private university has this accreditation. LPU is one of the great place for education where the management actually believe on actions rather than words. Whatever they promised they delivered to us along with in campus placement at good package and best time of life. the fee structure B.Sc (Hons.) Agriculture is 98000/- without scholarship. LPU floats scholarship on the following basis: 1. Previous marks (last two Qualifications) 2. LPUNEST 3. Sports, Co-curricular activities 4. Defence 5.
